Graduate in Philosophy and Master in Communication and Cultural Studies from the University of Girona (UdG), he currently works as a cultural journalist. He has collaborated in media such as ICON, El Salto, PlayGround, Vice, RAC1 and Núvol.

He is the author of the essays Rebeldes (Lumen, 2021), Las pasiones ponderadas (Capitán Swing, 2015), Mediterròniament. La catalanitat emocional  (Biblioteca de la Nube), written with Damià Bardera, and has participated in the collective book Humanidades en acción, coordinated by Marina Garcés (Raig Verd, 2019).
